YOUR ROLE :

  • Overseeing and supervising the integration, development and performance of legal professionals (partners and paralegals);
  • Coordinating and managing the entire recruitment process, including liaising with universities (internships);
  • Implementing programs and initiatives to facilitate the engagement and retention of talent;
  • Creating and implementing a professional development plan and well-being program;
  • Acting as a resource person for recruits on all aspects of their career;
  • Keeping the firm's policies up to date.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • University degree in law, HR or in a relevant field;
  • Experience in talent management, professional level, ideally within a law firm;
  • Good command of spoken and written French and English;
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Leadership, team spirit and discretion.
