The City of Brampton is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in Real Estate & Planning Law. This full-time, permanent position will focus on providing legal services to the municipality, advising on contracts and negotiations, and representing the City before tribunals. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Reporting to the Deputy City Solicitor, this position is that of a municipal solicitor responsible for providing legal services, including opinions and advice to the Corporation and its Departments to ensure legal security and compliance.
