Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Legal Counsel - Product to provide specialized legal expertise for its product portfolio and SaaS offerings. The role involves advising on IP, data usage, regulatory considerations across the product lifecycle, and supporting compliant product development.

Key responsibilities include advising on IP, open-source software, data use, and emerging AI regulations, as well as partnering with Engineering and Security teams on software license compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer in good standing in a Canadian province or US state.
• 5-7 years of progressive legal experience, including at least 4 years in product, tech or IP matters.
• Prior in-house SaaS experience is preferred.
