Role Description
This is a full-time (or part-time) on-site role for a Legal Assistant at our office in Calgary, AB. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, legal document preparation, and communication support. The day-to-day tasks include:
We are a small team and the legal assistants share all non-client tasks necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly. Our default is to seek candidates for a full-time role, but we are open to part-time work during our normal business hours to accommodate the right candidate.
Our office is closed on Mondays and our full-time staff work 9-hour days, 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday). Our full-time staff earn competitive salaries commensurate with experience and excellent benefits after 6 months of service.
We are open to meeting entry-level candidates or those with more experience.
