The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing legal advice on regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admitted as an Attorney or Advocate in South Africa.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sector.
• Strong understanding of South African corporate law, environmental law, and health and safety regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
