Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, outcomes-based learning content aligned with module objectives and academic standards.
• Facilitate engaging online learning sessions that encourage participation and applied understanding.
• Design and deliver formative and summative assessments evaluating critical thinking and business judgment.
• Teach across business management subjects including sustainability, entrepreneurship, international business, and operations management.
• Support the Capstone module to integrate knowledge and apply skills to real-world challenges.
• Moderate and contribute to quality assurance of teaching materials, assessments, marking and results.
• Manage development, review and continuous improvement of learning materials within modules.
• Respond to student queries to support engagement and successful learning outcomes.
• Recruit and manage part-time academic staff when required (lecturers, markers, examiners, moderators, content authors).
• Collaborate with industry professionals to reflect current business practices and trends.
• Monitor developments in technology and sustainability to keep content relevant.

Accountabilities:

• Support the Business Management Capstone module, enabling students to integrate their knowledge and apply their skills to complex, real-world business challenges.
• Conduct internal moderation and contribute to the quality assurance of teaching materials, assessments, marking, and results.
• Manage the development, review, and continuous improvement of learning materials within assigned modules.
• Respond to student academic and content-related queries, supporting engagement and successful learning outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines a strong academic foundation with practical business or management experience and a commitment to student-centered learning. The following qualifications and competencies are expected:

• A relevant master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, International Business, Operations Management, Sustainability, or a closely related discipline.
