Job summary

CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Specialist in London, Ontario to own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding. You will proactively monitor vacancies and strive to meet leasing targets while handling payments and coordinating move-ins and maintenance requests.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. MS Office proficiency and SAP knowledge are assets for success in a fast-paced environment.

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to address concerns and meet targets.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Leasing Champion

What You Need To Succeed

• Ability to work evenings and rotational weekends to meet business requirements required.
