Job summary

Starlight Investments in Canada is seeking a Leasing Specialist to provide superior customer service to prospective residents and achieve high occupancy. Some travel within Canada may be periodically required.

You will set up open houses, book appointments, show properties and manage paperwork, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and vehicle access are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct work experience in a sales capacity.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Computer literacy including MS Word, MS Excel and e-mail.
• Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential.
• Superior telephone manners and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
• Previous experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.

What You Will Do:
