The individual shall be responsible for leasing of the rental units.
Responsibilities- Advertise vacant units on effective platforms and sources
- Produce updated photos and video segments of vacant units
- Respond to incoming leads and identify their needs
- Book viewings of suites, tour the property and interview prospective tenants
- Accurately complete necessary documentation for processing
- Process rental applications
- Comply with regulations as contained in the Residential Tenancy Act
- Other duties as may be required from time to time
Qualifications- Demonstrated ability for closing at a high ratio
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act would be considered an asset
- Motivated and professional with a service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communicator; both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
