Responsibilities

As a Leasing Professional - Multifamily at Hines, you will partner with the team to manage property marketing, advertising, and sales activities. Your role includes ensuring resident satisfaction, lease renewals, and maintaining occupancy and revenue goals. Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors
  • Process documentation such as credit screenings, background checks, lease agreements, and move-in packages
  • Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to ensure they are in excellent condition
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about market trends
  • Create promotional materials and utilize technology to engage prospects and generate revenue
  • Achieve revenue and occupancy targets through marketing, advertising, and sales efforts
  • Assist with lease renewal processes and communication
  • Build relationships with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure leases and renewals
Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Entrata experience preferred
  • Ability to work indoors most of the time and perform physical inspections, including climbing stairs
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Availability for emergency situations and on-site management during natural disasters
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
