Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in a fast-paced, client-facing office environment.
  • Working knowledge of lease, financing, and ancillary documentation.
  • Good math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Sound judgment and risk assessment capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing: Review and process Fast Track deals, ABC renewals, lease restructures, amalgamations, and asset substitutions within established timelines and quality standards (80% of role)
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and elevate transaction risks; ensure compliance with RBC Equipment Finance policies; conduct comprehensive due diligence on know-your-client and transaction details; adhere to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements (20% of role)
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional client experiences through efficient, accurate transaction handling; document key details in systems; elevate concerns promptly to minimize client impact
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and completeness of underwriting activities; maintain data integrity across systems; participate in process improvement initiatives
