Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Learning Specialist on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will impact the career development of team members and students across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). They will interact with individuals such as CRS scholarship applicants, Commodity Leads, and professionals, helping to build management skills. If you are dependable and responsible, this role might be suitable for you!
This position is primarily remote; however, travel for events and training is required. Candidates across Western Canada are encouraged to apply.
You will report to the Leadership Development Specialist and work within a team that values respect, collaboration, innovation, and customer service. You will collaborate with peers in our People & Culture team and stakeholders across FCL.
We support local Co-ops by offering professional services like marketing, research, IT, HR, accounting, risk management, and business development.
