Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Open Learning and Career Development seeks a Learning Platforms Analyst to support and enhance the university’s lifelong learning platforms. You will handle day-to-day user support, monitor integrations, and assist with credentialing projects across certificates and microcredentials.
The role includes onboarding new units, testing, coordinating with stakeholders, and promoting standardized workflows while enabling credentialing expansion.
Salary $34.37-$43.52 per hour ($58,087 - $73,556 per annum, 32.5 hours per week)

Job Summary
The Faculty of Open Learning and Career Development ( OLCD ) develops and delivers innovative and diverse lifelong learning experiences for more than 5000 students annually to help them navigate the changing world of learning and work. Reporting to the Manager, Faculty Technology, the Learning Platforms Analyst supports and enhances the Faculty’s learning and credentialing platforms, including Modern Campus Lifelong Learning Extended Education ( LLL EE), MyCreds, and D2L Brightspace. The role provides operational and user support, monitors, integrations, coordinates onboarding for participating units, and supports credentialing initiatives across certificates, transcripts and microcredentials . This role requires someone who can support users and platforms day-to-day while also analyzing workflows, monitoring integrations, troubleshooting data issues, coordinating testing, supporting credentialing expansion, and onboarding new units into a standardized learning and credentialing ecosystem.
Note: The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work from within Nova Scotia) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.
