Intent of the process
The immediate need is to staff one (1) term / indeterminate position, bilingual imperative BBB / BBB.
A pool of partially qualified candidates resulting from this process may be created and used to fill similar positions with varying linguistic profiles, security levels, and tenures.

Information you must provide
To be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following essential qualifications:
Education
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Experiences
EX1. Recent experience in administering a learning management system (LMS) such as Brightspace (experience acquired within the last three years).
EX2. Significant experience usually refers to developing 4 online courses, considering scope and responsibility.
EX3. Significant experience in diagnosing and resolving LMS-related issues, typically solving 3 cases.
EX4. Recent experience in quality control of learning products based on predefined criteria (within last three years).
EX5. Significant experience in providing technical advice and recommendations to clients (covering 2 or more situations).
