We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join BrokerLink, working out of our Ontario region, on a 12-month Secondment.

Reporting to Learning & Development, this role involves training and developing employees across disciplines, primarily within programs & projects. Key responsibilities include implementing ROI frameworks, curriculum creation, supporting technology training, and coordinating onboarding. The role aims to enhance customer service, productivity, and skill development, aligning training with strategic goals and adhering to policies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Educate employees across multiple L&D disciplines at an advanced level
• Create and present educational materials
• Promote workplace learning adoption
• Manage training administration and support skill development
• Participate in program planning and develop solutions for training gaps
• Contribute to projects within HR and other departments
• Mentor other Learning & Development Specialists
• Perform additional duties as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant skills or equivalent experience
• Continuing education in primary discipline
• CAIB 1, 2 & 3 or 5 CIP courses
• Strong customer service and attention to detail
• Advanced communication, facilitation, and teaching skills
• Solutions-driven and customer-focused mindset
