Job summary

Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) is seeking a Learning & Community Enablement Designer to support a global network of training partners and practitioners.

You will create learning experiences, resources, and engagement programs to help practitioners apply MHS solutions with clients. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate needs into actionable learning journeys and enablement resources.

Qualifications

THE JOB

We are currently seeking a Learning & Community Enablement Designer to support the success of our global network of training partners and practitioners. This role combines learning design, partner enablement, and community engagement. You will work closely with training partners, practitioners, subject matter experts, and the Talent Enablement Specialist to create learning experiences, resources, and engagement programs that help practitioners successfully apply MHS solutions with their clients.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Community & Partner Enablement (60%)

  • Support and engage MHS training partners and practitioner communities, serving as a key point of contact for enablement initiatives.
  • Partner with the Talent Enablement Specialist to develop programs that help practitioners activate clients and maximize the impact of MHS solutions.
  • Design and manage webinars, learning events, communications, and community engagement activities.
  • Create and maintain enablement resources, implementation guides, toolkits, and best-practice materials.
  • Monitor engagement and adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve partner and practitioner success.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of training partners.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to communicate new resources, offerings, and best practices.
  • Design and maintain learning journeys that support practitioner development from onboarding through advanced application.
  • Develop blended learning solutions, including self-paced learning, webinars, virtual workshops, job aids, and performance support resources.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate business and learner needs into engaging learning experiences.
  • Support the enhancement of certification and post-certification learning pathways.
  • Develop practitioner guides and enablement resources that support the effective application of MHS assessments and solutions with client organizations.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and data.
WHAT YOU BRING

You are passionate about helping practitioners translate learning into meaningful client outcomes. You enjoy balancing relationship management, community building, learning design, and program execution. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by creating learning experiences and enablement programs that help people succeed.

Core Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in learning design, professional education, enablement, community management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience designing engaging learning experiences for professional audiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and virtual facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality resources.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience administering, interpreting, or supporting psychometric assessments such as EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, personality, leadership, or talent assessments.
  • Familiarity with practitioner certification programs, customer education, or professional credentialing.
  • Knowledge of leadership development, coaching, organizational effectiveness, talent management, or assessment-based learning solutions.
  • Experience working with external trainers, facilitators, coaches, consultants, or practitioner networks.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience using learning technologies such as LMS platforms, virtual learning tools, and content authoring software (Articulate Storyline).
  • Experience using Excel, LMS reports, dashboards, or data visualization tools to analyze learning, engagement, and adoption data.
