iA Financial Group is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to lead strategic talent development initiatives aligned with organizational priorities. You will design leadership programs and AI-focused learning, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable impact.

The role emphasizes a strong analytical approach, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive multiple programs in a hybrid work environment with bilingual communication in French and English.

Formación

• A university degree in HR, organizational psychology, career counselling, educational technology, adult education, or related field.
• At least five years designing and implementing programs in O.D., talent development, leadership development, or related area.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and derive insights from data.
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance learning design and analysis.
• Collaborative yet autonomous with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and proficiency with collaboration tools.
• Proactive, creative, client-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in French with intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement talent development, leadership development, and AI skills programs.
