The Learner Engagement Advisor (LEA) is the primary contact for current and prospective learners within the Faculty of Continuing Education. The LEA supports program growth by engaging organizations, delivering information sessions, and fostering relationships to increase enrollment. The role requires understanding adult learner needs, advising on educational paths, and assisting learners with program and technical issues. The LEA must demonstrate professionalism, problem-solving skills, and initiative while interacting with learners, staff, instructors, and external organizations. The LEA collaborates across the faculty to ensure consistent processes and support for learners.
Salary: $55,982 - $70,841 per year
