A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lean Specialist to support the deployment of Lean initiatives and process improvements at our Instrument Transformers division. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of lean methodologies and process improvement tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Your Tasks:
  • Implement lean methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency in office and shopfloor projects.
  • Provide structure and methodology for improvement projects, focusing on achieving business goals and reducing bottlenecks.
  • Analyze data to suggest process improvements and measure their impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose root causes and optimize processes.
  • Monitor and report on production key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote lean culture within the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on lean tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate 5S programs and support production teams in implementing defined actions.
  • Manage SAP production routing and times, ensuring data accuracy and updates.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on lean principles for staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lean management or process improvement.
  • Proficiency in SAP software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Power BI and Visio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Lean methodologies certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is an asset.
