Job summary

Bird Construction is seeking a Project Management Facilitator and Trainer to support corporate reporting into the Collaborative Delivery Center of Excellence. Based in eastern Canada with travel to project sites, the role works with head office and sites across Industrial, Buildings, Infrastructure groups to build high‑performing teams.

You will deliver workshops, Lean Construction and Last Planner training, and assist with IPD and alliance initiatives, guiding teams toward practical outcomes

Qualifications

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and guide groups toward practical outcomes.
• Experience in complex, evolving project environments with shifting priorities.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project workshops, planning sessions, and team-alignment initiatives.
• Support Last Planner System activities, including pull-planning sessions.
• Facilitate IPD, Big Room sessions, and lessons learned discussions.
• Develop learning and reference materials to support facilitation and execution.
• Collaborate with Project Leads to design practical plans for project success.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to provide seamless support.
