Leaf Home in Vancouver is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will conduct quick street-side inspections to identify issues and present Leaf Home solutions.

This role offers fast commission, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid training, and opportunities for career growth, with local travel and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
• Highly motivated to sell with a self‑driven desire to meet and exceed goals.

Entry Level Sales Representative

Target earnings of $50,000 to $100,000+.

As a Leaf Home Entry Level Sales Representative, you will work to provide potential customers with your expertise and education about the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. By doing a quick home inspection from the street, you will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges that Leaf Home has the solution for.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather. Extended periods of walking / standing required.
• Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
