This role supports the maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement of information systems technology assets.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Markham.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in requirements gathering, testing and business analysis activities. Proficiency in JD Edwards Enterprise 9.2 is required, with experience in either sales and distribution or HR / Payroll.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting JDE Order to Cash, HR, Payroll or Financial Modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
• Designing and implementing solutions to meet business objectives
• Providing training and support to users

Requirements :
