• Three (3) years of experience in instructional design and delivery including eLearning and virtual environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Proficient in SharePoint.
• Healthcare or public sector experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conducts needs assessments and analysis using data-based methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) to identify critical issues and recommend solutions.
• Designs and develops eLearning assets using an eLearning authoring tool and interactive software.
• Analyzes trends and best practices in learning technologies, instructional design, accessibility, and user experience.
• Maintains project documentation and reports progress on schedule as determined by the project.
• Designs and delivers programs that build employee and organizational effectiveness including employee engagement and leadership development.
• Works collaboratively with internal clients in leadership development, change management, and team development.
• Provides input to the talent management strategy as it pertains to learning and leadership development.
• Analyzes corporate metrics and policies to support learning and development initiatives.
• Consults with Labour Relations Consultants regarding performance development and leadership issues.
• Supports development of leadership orientation initiatives.
• Contributes to best practice guidance and advisory services to support leaders and teams.

The Associate Consultant is accountable for contributing to the delivery of the organizational strategy by ensuring that assigned activities meet organization goals and priorities. The Associate Consultant will participate in activities using their knowledge and expertise in instructional and/or behavioural science to create learning assets to improve performance and build capacity of leaders and teams. Working as part of a team, the Associate Consultant assists with leadership development, learning design and development, performance development, recognition, and employee engagement activities supported by the department.

• Provides input and continuous improvement recommendations of the organization's integrated talent management strategy as it pertains to learning, leadership development, and talent development
• Analyzes corporate metrics, policies and procedures to ensure the support of learning, leadership development, and talent development initiatives
• Consults with and provides recommendations to Labour Relations Consultants regarding performance development and targeted leadership and talent development issues
• Supports on-going development of leadership orientation initiatives
• Contributes to best practice guidance, advisory and strategic consultative services to support leaders and teams in the successful implementation of change and enhance individual, team (including work groups), and organizational performance and build organizational capability
