Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a senior talent development leader to drive leadership development programming across the national firm. You will design, deliver, and continually improve programs while partnering with stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure high-quality execution.

The role involves hands-on facilitation, program delivery, and line management of a Coordinator, with a focus on translating strategy into practical learning experiences and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in talent development, leadership development, or learning and development.
• Experience leading development programs from design to delivery and improvement.
• Strong facilitation skills with senior audiences.
• Proven ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience translating strategy into practical learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and improvement of talent development programs, including leadership initiatives.
• Serve as lead facilitator for workshops and cohort-based initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Development and People & Culture teams across a national platform.
• Provide coaching and guidance to a Coordinator and oversee day-to-day program execution.
