The Public Service Commission provides human resource services to the Government of Alberta. Within the Leadership and Talent Management Branch, we help build leadership capacity across the Alberta Public Service, with a focus on executive and senior leadership development. We are strengthening our leadership development function to design, modernize, and deliver enterprise strategies, frameworks, and flagship programs that support leadership capability, readiness, and long-term public service capacity.

Location: Edmonton Hours of Work: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. These are permanent full-time positions. This competition will be used to fill multiple Leadership Development and Strategy Consultant positions and may be used to fill current and future vacancies at equal or lesser classification across the Government of Alberta. Final candidates will be required to undergo a security screening. Any costs associated with obtaining the required documents/checks as noted or interview travel expenses will be the responsibility of the candidate.
