A leading company in sustainable packaging solutions seeks a Leader of Continuous Improvement. You will drive the implementation of LEAN practices across plants, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering, extensive experience in continuous improvement, and strong leadership capabilities. Frequent travel to locations in Ontario and Lancaster (USA) is required.

Please note this position requires frequent travel (around 50%) to various plants in Ontario and to our plant in Lancaster (USA).
As a member of Cascades' Operational Efficiency team, this person will support a group of plants in their management and development of the maturity of Cascades' Lean management model. They will also provide support in identifying opportunities for improvement, solving complex problems, and managing projects. In addition, the Improvement Manager will work closely with the team's other Continuous Improvement Managers to ensure the harmonized development of all Cascades plants and to align a common vision.
