The Quality Assurance - Cross Platform Lead position requires a resource with the following skills:

1. Knowledge of Retail Mortgages (MANDATORY)
2. Attend Discovery workshops/JAD sessions and assess impacts
3. Identify testing scope and estimate testing effort
4. Mobilize cross-functional testing teams and develop allocation plans
5. End-to-end test coordination for Tech and LOB
6. Create testing artifacts
7. Lead testing efforts and/or team to plan, construct, and execute release tests
8. Develop key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution
9. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet overall test objectives

Qualifications include:

1. 7-10 years overall experience in IT/QA leading and supporting projects
2. 5+ years as a cross-platform test lead supporting large cross-functional projects
3. Act as the primary interface between the team and other groups including vendors, developers, LOB, senior management, and support organizations
4. Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for managing the testing process
