Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in Risk & Compliance within a large, regulated enterprise.
  • Recent experience with AI-specific Compliance.
  • Experience executing 1LOD risk management responsibilities.
  • Experience across Risk, Audit & Compliance across three lines of defense.
  • Experience in Audit and Testing, Issue remediation, Monitoring and Reporting, policy changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead risk and compliance programs, including policy development, KRI reporting, and policy alignment with regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate across ARC and Enterprise to strengthen risk-management activities and evidence libraries.
