Lead Warehouse Worker | Part-Time | Rogers Field at Nat Bailey Stadium

Join us for the Lead Warehouse Worker | Part-Time | Rogers Field at Nat Bailey Stadium role at Oak View Group.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising venue distribution and warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, purchasing, and equipment maintenance. The role requires providing high-level event oversight, technical proficiency, and operational support to ensure smooth event execution. The Warehouse Lead will also mentor and manage staff to meet quality standards and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee product purchasing, receiving, and distribution control.
  2. Maintain tracking procedures for purchase orders and inventory.
  3. Manage sanitation and organization of warehouse storage areas.
  4. Assist with event operations as directed.
  5. Supervise warehouse staff to ensure completion of tasks.
  6. Ensure adherence to purchase order systems and proper stocking.
  7. Oversee product transfers and perform routine maintenance of equipment.
  8. Evaluate employee performance and maintain records.
  9. Conduct daily walkthroughs of warehouse areas.
  10. Manage daily warehouse operations as opening or closing manager.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of foodservice/hospitality experience; venue experience is a plus.
  • Forklift certification is advantageous.
  • Food service certification preferred.
Physical and Working Conditions

Position involves extensive standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work may be exposed to weather conditions, cold temperatures, noise, and slippery surfaces.

Additional Information

Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 to $24.00 CAD. Benefits include pension matching. The position remains open until June 6, 2025. We promote diversity and inclusivity within our team.
