We’ve worked with some of the most talked-about F&B brands in Canada and helped them move from under-the-radar tofully bookedthrough content-first campaigns. As we expand our production capabilities, we’re looking to bring on amulti-talented visual creatorwho can lead our content production end-to-end and manage a team of junior editors.
About the RoleWe’re hiring aLead Visual Content Creatorwho is aphotographer, videographer, and editor all in one—someone who doesn’t just capture visuals but builds narratives with them. This individual will also act as thepost-production lead, guiding a small team of editors to ensure consistency, quality, and creative alignment across all projects.
This is acreative leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments, especially in the F&B and lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation (Photography + Videography):
- Lead and execute photoshoots and video shoots for client brands, including food styling, ambiance, interiors, events, people, and BTS
- Handle equipment setup, lighting, framing, camera movements, and on-site direction
- Collaborate with the creative director to visualize scenes and storyboards
- Travel to client locations across India (or as needed) for scheduled shoots
️ Post-Production & Editing (Primary Focus):
- Independently edit videos for Reels, TikToks, ads, and YouTube — optimized for platform and objective
- Deliver cinematic edits with strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, music selection, andexpert color grading
- Perform advanced photo retouching and batch editing using Lightroom or Photoshop
- Use AI tools (Runway ML, Topaz, Descript, etc.) to enhance productivity without compromising creative quality
- Ensure projects meet branding guidelines, quality standards, and timelines
- Build and maintain an organized asset management system for all files, edits, and versions
Leadership & Team Management:
- Review and provide constructive feedback to junior editors and freelancers
- Train and mentor upcoming editors on agency standards and visual direction
- Set workflows, editing presets, and creative guidelines for internal use
- Maintain alignment with the strategy and marketing teams for campaign deliverables
- Act as the final checkpoint for all outgoing visual content before client handoff
Skills & Experience Required- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in photography, videography, and editing (especially in theF&B, hospitality, or lifestyleindustries)
- Proven leadership experience in a creative or production team setting
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop) or Final Cut + DaVinci
- Deep understanding of cinematic storytelling and advancedcolor gradingtechniques
- Knowledge of social media platforms, video formats, and content strategies for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
- Familiarity with AI editing tools, asset automation, or post-production plugins (a big plus)
- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and client-centered thinking
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Must own or have access to professional gear (camera, lenses, stabilizer, lighting)
