Job summary

Tundra Process Solutions is seeking a Lead Valve Technician for our Fort St John branch. The role focuses on field servicing and on-site troubleshooting of various valves, with hands-on repairs and inspections across Ball, Gate, and other valve types.

Candidates should have Oil & Gas experience, hold a valid Forklift Operations Ticket, and bring Hoisting and Rigging training. Fort St John area applicants or those willing to relocate are welcome.

Tundra Process Solutions is currently seeking a Lead Valve Technician -based out of ourFort St JohnBranch. Do you eat, sleep and breathe valves in various varieties? Are you a self-starter that has the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly? If yes, then you might just be who we're looking for.

The Role

• Field servicing of Ball and Gate Valves
• Repairs and inspections of Choke and Control Valves
• On-site and over the phone/email troubleshooting for clients
• Repair of ESD Valves and Components
• In-house repairs to Manifold Valves, Actuators and ANSI Valves
• Pressure Testing
• Forklift Operations

The Candidate

• At least 2+ years of industry experience in the Oil and Gas Sector
• Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Experience in pressure testing is preferred
• Valid Forklift Operations Ticket
• Experience and training in both Hoisting and Rigging
• Small Crane Certificate is an asset
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract
• Must be local to the Fort St John area or willing to relocate

Compensation:

$33-43 per hour. Pay may vary based on skills, expertise, and performance, and is a component of the total rewards package.
