Job summary

Vuteq Canada Inc. in Woodstock, Ontario, is seeking a Mold Maker to join our team on rotating day, afternoon and midnight shifts.

Mold Makers repair and maintain equipment, tools and dies, perform adjustments and modifications within mold shop capabilities, and ensure parts meet specifications. You will interpret blueprints/CAD, plan machining, and support tooling PM with production schedules.

Qualifications

• OSSD or equivalent required.
• Licensed journeyperson (mold maker, tool & die maker, or other relevant trade).
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain molds, dies, tooling and machinery.
• Study blueprints or CAD to plan machining and part fabrication.
• Install and connect electrical and hydraulic components as needed.
• Maintain 5S and assist with tooling PM and inventory.
• Support process engineers and participate in tool trials.
