Job summary

CoolIT Systems Inc. in Calgary seeks a Senior Thermal Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of Direct Liquid Cooling solutions, including passive cold plate loops and modular components. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure seamless integration into cooling system designs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 6+ years in thermal/mechanical design, P.Eng, and strong CAD/SIM skills to drive NPI from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• P.Eng designation is required or equivalent.
• Strong CAD and simulation experience with SolidWorks and Celsius EC.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of passive coldplate loops and manifolds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cooling systems.
• Oversee fabrication, testing, and data collection; iterate designs for performance.
• Review designs and drawings and approve manufacturing drawings.
