Synopsis of the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst to lead a team of business analysts and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role will oversee business analysis processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution while mentoring a team of analysts. The Business Analyst is responsible for technical analysis and evaluation of user business problems and documenting requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead moderately large or highly complex projects and lead team members, and other stakeholders in analyzing, documenting, reviewing, communicating and refining business requirements. Validate requirements across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure they satisfy client requirements
• Maintaining a deep awareness of how business operations work and help key stakeholders explore technology possibilities to more effectively execute on their roles
• Proactively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate
• Guide and mentor junior business analysts and oversee the work of junior BA’s as it relates to a specific project(s)
• Define and develop best practice solutions for partners and internal stakeholders

What Experience You Need

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 7+ years of related experience including a diverse technology / program management background
• Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred

• Systems Thinking - Oversee the fulfillment of larger organizational goals and ensures the delivery plans are aligned; Decide with stakeholder strategies and objectives for the cross alliance programs; Leads cross-alliance, cross initiative and dependency activities, ensuring successful timely outcomes; Plan and communicate key financial deadlines, budgets and activities and its impact
