  • Plan, estimate and prioritize time frames for the completion of day-to-day tasks and track progress.
  • Fix bugs, including performance and budget issues.
  • Implement and incorporate feedback from Directors, Principals, and Leads into work.
  • Work with team to achieve the desired level of aesthetic quality and technical accuracy.
  • Define best practices for our production pipelines, workflows, and tools.

Requirements

  • Experience with game optimization, with knowledge of external profiling tools such as Unreal Insights.
  • Knowledge of Physically Based Rendering and Linear workflows.
  • Expertise on supporting both artists and programmers with technical issues and implementation.
  • Strong technical knowledge and artistic abilities working within Unreal Engine 5, including experience with UE5 blueprint system.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine, Maya, and Houdini.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and initiative-taking
