Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Senior/Lead Structural Engineer for our Power team in Mississauga, Ontario. You will lead structural design activities for high voltage power projects, coordinate with multi-discipline teams, and ensure timely delivery of designs and documents.

The role requires a PEng in Canada and 10+ years of relevant experience. The position offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for leadership, and involvement in cutting-edge energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and licensed as a Professional Engineer in Canada.
10+ years of structural engineering experience in power/utility projects.
Experience with transmission station structures and 115 kV+ lines.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise engineers and technicians in the Power sector.
Coordinate with discipline leads, PMs, vendors, and clients for design and construction.
Develop, verify design drawings and calculations; manage procurement activities.
Monitor project schedule, budgets, and deliverables; ensure documentation.
