Job summary

Wood is recruiting for a Lead Structural Designer to join our Canada Projects team in Calgary, Alberta, with a hybrid working model. The role focuses on structural design and drafting for oil and gas, energy, and industrial projects, leading a design team and coordinating multidisciplinary execution.

The successful candidate will guide design activities, ensure deliverables meet client and regulatory requirements, and contribute to project success within our Projects Team.

The Role

Wood is currently seeking an experienced Lead Structural Designer to join our Projects Team in Calgary, Alberta. The role will lead structural design and drafting activities, coordinate a team of designers, and support multidisciplinary project execution while ensuring deliverables meet project, client, statutory, regulatory, schedule, and quality requirements.
