Job summary

Manuvie’s GWAM Enterprise Architecture team seeks a Lead Solution Architect to shape global investment management architecture. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions across institutional and general accounts, partnering with business, product, data, and technology teams.

You will lead end-to-end architecture efforts, guide design decisions, and contribute to governance as Manuvie drives a multi-year platform transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own solution architecture and influence strategic technology direction and future-state vision.
• Understand diverse business domains and design architectures addressing needs across stakeholders.
• Applied knowledge of architecture frameworks, viewpoints, and domains.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, secure architectures.
• Own end-to-end development and maintenance of initiative or domain solutions.
• Assess current architecture, identify gaps, and propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Apply design patterns and architecture standards for resilient, cost-effective solutions.
• Support planning, scoping, and roadmaps with architectural guidance and cost considerations.
• Lead or contribute to architecture artifacts and implementation guidelines.
• Oversee solution implementation across the delivery lifecycle in Agile environments.
• Review architectures to ensure alignment with enterprise direction and quality.
