Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery, part of Arterra Wines Canada, seeks a passionate Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, our estate offers dining and live music events.

The Sous Chef will lead the culinary team and ensure consistent food quality while executing service during various events. Candidates must have Red Seal Certification and relevant experience, and be available for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional culinary experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and menu adaptation.

Responsabilités

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and supervise the culinary team during service.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Execute food service for patio, restaurant, events, and concert nights.
• Assist with menu development and special event execution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
