- Lead a small team of developers to deliver features on time with solid technical direction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Approximately 8+ years of progressive experience as a developer with hands-on coding and project leadership
- Demonstrated commitment to architectural cleanliness and ability to improve overall system design
- Experience in RESTful API development and cloud-native applications deployed in AWS or similar services
- Strong understanding of design patterns for scalability, performance, and reliability
- Experience coaching junior and mid-level engineers in a collaborative environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience with C# and .NET Core framework
- Proficiency in a JavaScript framework, such as Angular
- Experience with cloud platform services like AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with building microservices using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
- Hands-on experience with security vulnerability scanning tools and delivering AI/ML solutions
