Job summary

CoolIT Systems, an Ecolab Company, in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Site Project Manager to own end-to-end deployment of liquid-cooling deployments at customer sites. You will manage the integrated site schedule, scope, cost, and risk, coordinating across CoolIT functions, customers, contractors, and service providers.

In this hybrid role, you will lead the Site Lead and Crew Leads, ensure safety and compliance, and drive project handover and lifecycle transition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects.
• Ownership of schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, contracts, and change control.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors through execution and closeout.
• Strong customer-facing communication under schedule pressure.
• Ability to understand technical information while relying on Engineering authority.
• Valid passport and ability to meet site-access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own field deployment project from handoff through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain site execution plan covering prerequisites, materials, access, mobilization, installation, commissioning, testing, documentation, and handover.
• Serve as the primary PM contact for the customer and contractors; maintain clear communication.
• Manage site scope, schedule, budget, forecasts, risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
• Monitor site progress, productivity and safety; drive corrective actions.
• Own commercial awareness at site level including change-order inputs and cost-to-complete visibility.
• Drive punch-list closure and turnover documentation.
