Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology and registration as a psychologist in Ontario.
• 4–7 years of supervisory experience in a special education setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and services.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building with families, schools and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and oversight of psychological services per policy and RHPA/CPBAO standards.
• Hire, supervise and evaluate Psychological Services staff and ensure program quality.
• Allocate staff to schools based on system needs and priorities.
• Develop training resources to build capacity of staff and school teams.
• Oversee psychoeducational assessments and provide data summaries to leadership.
• Promote equity and inclusion in program development and service delivery.
