Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Edmonton is seeking a Roofing Superintendent to plan, organize and oversee daily roofing crews. You will ensure high quality work is completed safely and cost-effectively while coordinating with management to keep projects on track.

You will schedule crews, monitor hours, coordinate equipment, and maintain site paperwork. Strong leadership, communications, and problem-solving are essential to drive productivity and meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in the roofing/construction industry is required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor crews.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage roofing crews on site.
• Monitor and track labour hours.
• Coordinate safety plans and QA/QC.
• Ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain site paperwork and reports.
• Communicate with management, subtrades, consultants, and GC.
• Coordinate equipment needs and deliveries.
• Coach and mentor crews.
• Manage project costs and subcontractor relations.
