Halton Region, based in Oakville, seeks a Registered Nurse to lead nursing and personal care teams at the Post Inn Village Long Term Care Facility. The role involves administering medications, supervising staff, and ensuring care aligns with MOHLTC standards.

The position requires active CNO registration and a BSN, with strong leadership and communication skills. Night and evening shifts available, temporary full-time and part-time roles, located at 203 Georgian Drive, Oakville.

Competenze

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Point of Care, PCC, and eMAR systems.

Mansioni

• Lead nursing and personal care teams in designated home areas.
