Job summary

HealthOPM is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for temporary, call-in coverage at a Long-Term Care home in Orangeville. You will provide direct nursing care, complete resident assessments, administer medications, and respond to changes in condition within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Must hold valid CNO registration as an RN with recent Vulnerable Sector Check and TB screening. LTC experience is preferred, with reliable availability for 12-hour day or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current CNO registration as an RN.
• Vulnerable Sector Check and TB screening completed within the last 6 months.
• LTC experience preferred, with strong assessment, medication administration and documentation skills.
• Reliable availability for 12-hour day and/or night call-in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and complete resident assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments and respond to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with PSWs and the interdisciplinary team.
