Job summary

Cencora in Canada is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to support home infusion and patient care coordination. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, patient safety, and collaboration with caregivers across the care continuum.

The successful candidate will have RN licensure, a nursing degree, and solid experience in home infusion settings, with strong communication and organizational skills. This is a part-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

• Assesses relevant patient history, clinical observations, and treatment-related information to support treatment readiness and safe care delivery
• Verifies prescribed therapies and treatment parameters prior to care delivery
• Responds to patient needs and treatment changes to support timely clinical intervention
• Records assessments, treatment activities, patient responses, and clinical observations
• Coordinates appointments and care activities with caregivers and healthcare stakeholders
• Applies nursing standards and documentation requirements to support safe practice

Applies nursing standards, clinical protocols, and documentation requirements to support safe practice and quality outcomes. Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Master's degree in nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 6+ years of experience in clinical nursing experience in home infusion, specialty clinics, patient support, reimbursement coordination, or a related field required. Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent certification required. Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office productivity tools. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats. Ability to organize work and maintain attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Ability to analyze information and apply problem-solving skills. Ability to present information clearly to varied audiences. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a broader team. Ability to build effective interpersonal working relationships.
