Job summary

Beyond Barriers Therapy Center in Milton, Ontario seeks a Registered Behaviour Analyst to lead assessment, design, supervision, and evaluation of ABA services for children and adults. The role emphasizes assent-based, trauma-informed care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will oversee treatment plans, supervise therapists, analyze data, and ensure ethical practice aligned with provincial standards. Hybrid work and on-site parking are available in Milton.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field with verified coursework in behaviour analysis.
• Current registration as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in behaviour analysis, including supervision of therapists and program oversight.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, assent-based practice and willingness to advance skills if needed.
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments to identify variables influencing behaviour.
• Develop assent-based intervention plans targeting skill acquisition and behaviour reduction.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to therapists and team members.
• Ensure interventions align with evidence-based ABA practices and fidelity.
• Analyze data regularly to guide clinical decisions and progress.
• Lead team meetings, case reviews, and caregiver consultations.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client-centered care.
• Oversee accurate completion of treatment plans, progress notes, and reports.
• Support staff development in behaviour analysis.
• Ensure services meet ethical standards set by Ontario regulators.
• Coordinate care and referrals as needed.
