Job summary

Monarch House in Calgary is seeking a Behaviour Consultant to assess, design, monitor, and supervise ABA interventions for children and youth with ASD and related needs. This part-time, community-based role focuses on delivering high‑quality ABA services in the Calgary area, with after‑school hours.

Responsibilities include supervising behavior plans, conducting Functional Analyses, training ABA Therapists and RBTs, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field with ABA coursework.
BCBA certification required.
2+ years’ experience in ASD/Developmental Disabilities.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

Assess client needs and caregiver priorities.
Develop, monitor, and supervise behavior plans.
Conduct Functional Analyses.
Provide training and feedback for ABA Therapists and RBTs.
Lead team meetings and collaborate with caregivers and other professionals.
Develop and update treatment plans as required.
