The University of Manitoba is looking for a Lead Recruitment, Professional Graduate Programs. Reporting to the Director, SCGS Programs, this position is responsible for developing and executing strategic, data‑driven recruitment plans for a portfolio of professional programs, including the MBA, Master of Finance (MFin), Master of Supply Chain Management (MSCM), and upcoming specialized programs. The role drives national and international recruitment initiatives, manages the full prospect lifecycle, and collaborates closely with marketing, program leadership, and university recruitment teams to achieve enrollment targets and grow the school’s graduate programs.
