Job summary

Fluor Canada is seeking experienced professionals to join our team, delivering integrated engineering, procurement and construction schedules and cost controls for complex projects. You will develop Work Breakdown Structures, integrated EPC schedules, and recovery plans, guiding internal teams and clients through critical path analyses.

The role requires a four-year degree with 10+ years' relevant experience or equivalent, strong communication, and proficiency with cost and schedule management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent required; 10 years of work experience or 14 years if no degree.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders including management, clients, and vendors.
• Technical knowledge to complete the job and apply local/provincial guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for contract-defined work.
• Create integrated EPC schedules or cost control programs.
• Propose schedule/cost recovery plans and present to clients and internal teams.
• Lead.scheduler role to analyze delays and recovery options; maintain cost system and reports.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance; communicate mitigation plans.
